Tiztak Logistics Company has formed and started operating since June 2014 under the managing director of Mr. Dara Ghaznavi and the chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Ardalan Ghaznavi.
The head office of this company is located in Tehran and has two branches in Bam and Bandar Abbas. The aforementioned branches are responsible for coordinating and providing the trucks and wagons needed for transportation and carrying out the loading process, issuing and delivering the bill of lading to the drivers.
Road transport includes car transport, container transport and transport of containers containing iron pallets for the arrangement of CKD parts (spare parts for assembling all types of cars) and carrying out customs operations for export in Bandar Abbas customs and car transport between different cities in the country by trucks. The style of car transportation and transportation of cars within the city includes the delivery office and various representative centers with special car transporters. In addition, this company is responsible for the booking of export containers, including copper cathode, aluminum ingots, pistachios, and steel billets, as well as monitoring loading and carrying out customs operations for export.
Mr. Dara Ghaznavi has been one of the managers of Iran’s automotive industry and has worked in companies such as Iran Khodro Company, Vice President of Finance of Isaco, Member of the Board of Directors of Iran Khodro Press Group Company, CEO of Saadat Arak Industrial Complex, Vice President of Business and Support of Iran Khodro Industries Development Company, and Industrial Mold Company. Saipa, Sazeh Gostar Saipa Company, Iran Kaveh Company (Saipa Diesel), Saipa Cultural Sports Club, Saipa Multimodal Transport Company (Saipa Logistics) and Iran Tractorsazi Company have worked as a member of the board of directors or CEO. In addition, during their activities, several CEOs of Saipa Automotive Group have also held the position of senior advisor. Since June 2014, with the formation of this company, they continue their activities in the logistics sector of the automotive industry and other transport sectors, both road and rail, as the managing director of the group and a member of the board of directors. Mr. Ardalan Ghaznavi, the chairman of the board of directors, having a bachelor’s degree in automotive mechanics, has more than 14 years of work experience in companies such as Iran Khodro steering wheel design and production, Saipa production engineering. Since June 2014, with the establishment of this company, he has been working in the logistics department as the chairman of the board of directors and the operations and executive director of the company.
